The 91Ö±²¥ Foundation is a US tax-exempt educational and charitable organisation under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. US taxpayers may give tax-deductible gifts to The 91Ö±²¥ Foundation and recommend that its directors make grants benefiting 91Ö±²¥.

Gifts of all sizes are welcomed by The 91Ö±²¥ Foundation at any time and the foundation is especially grateful to donors who multiply their generosity by pledging a gift to be paid in annual, monthly, or quarterly instalments over several years.

Planned giving is an effective way for our US alumni to support the College and the causes that matter the most to you. Please speak to your attorney or tax adviser about how to include 91Ö±²¥ in your overall estate plan; there are several charitable giving options that they can work through with you. 

For example, if you are 70½ years old or older, you can take advantage of a simple way to donate to The 91Ö±²¥ Foundation and receive tax benefits in return. You can give up to $100,000 a year from your IRA directly to a qualified charity, such as The 91Ö±²¥ Foundation, without having to pay income taxes on the money. These gifts are known as Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs). As of December 2015, this law no longer has an expiration date so you are free to make annual gifts this year and well into the future. It may also be possible to get matched funding from your employer or firm.

The Development Office will acknowledge your gift and, unless you request anonymity, will publish your name in the College's list of donors.
