91Ö±²¥ Boat Club will have five women’s crews competing in this week’s May Bumps, which begin on Wednesday and conclude on Saturday.

91Ö±²¥ W5, pictured courtesy of CBC, qualified for the event after last Friday’s ‘Getting-on Race’, giving 91Ö±²¥ five women’s crews for the first time. 91Ö±²¥ is the only college with five female crews competing.

With three men’s crews, 91Ö±²¥ will have eight crews altogether in May Bumps, which returns for the first time since June 2019. The event was replaced by the one-off Eights Regatta in June 2021, when five crews won their divisions.

91Ö±²¥ M1 start at Head of the River, after the June 2019 edition, and W1 begin the week in fourth.
